Incomprehensible unbelievable medical bills, poor quality care, only minutes with the provider and they are chained to the computer most of the time? Do you want healthcare that “just works”? Yeah, so do we. The problem is that we patients or consumers have had no voice…no representation like in the rest of life to make things work for us. Membership in Patients United is how we change that…how we get there — all of us coming together to drive and shape healthcare transformation.
Membership is what makes this organization tick. It is what enables us to speak for patients and represent you in the chaos that is healthcare today. It is what enables us to negotiate for change for you and those you care about or for.
As far as how you can become part of the Patients United family, we make it possible for you to engage with us financially in whatever way works for you: single donation, annual membership, or monthly membership support. But we want you to know which option allows us to make your financial support go the farthest — it is the monthly sustaining membership. Instead of spending part of our time and resources on fundraising, we can spend all of our time focused on building human-centered healthcare.
